SEASONAL CANTEEN COOK -
We require a temporary canteen cook for 5/6 days weekly. You will be responsible for making meals and packed lunches for the grouse beaters and ghillies. 40 hour week. Start 6.30 a.m. – 11.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. – 8.00 p.m. (August – October). Full board and accommodation will be provided during your period of employment. SEASONAL GROUSE BEATERS – We require grouse beaters for 5 or 6 days weekly. Full board accommodation provided. Applicants must be fit and keen on long walks in the Highlands. Good fitting walking boots and wet weather clothing essential; also sleeping bag. Hours of work approximately 40 hours per week - 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. mid August to mid Sept. SEASONAL DOMESTIC STAFF - Full board and accommodation will be provided. Applicants must be neat and presentable, cheerful manner, efficient and a quick learner. Previous domestic/catering experience an advantage.
